Dr. Larry Ball attended Bob Jones University where he received his B.A. in Bible. Later he attended San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary where he completed his M.A. He also received his M.Min. and D.Pas.Th. from Bob Jones University. Dr. Ball served as the senior pastor of two churches in California before becoming the general director of International Baptist Missions in 2010.

Pastor Jeff Caupp, under the ministry of Dr. Collins Glenn in Muncie, Indiana, was saved at a young age. Being raised by a Christian mother and a father who came to know the Lord at the age of 48, Jeff values both Christian education and the men and women who lived Godly lives before him. The love for Jesus that they shared led Jeff to earn a Bachelor of Science from Maranatha Baptist University in 1994 and a Master of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in 1999. In 2006, after six years of working at Abbott Labs in North Chicago, Illinois, Jeff and his family, Lisa, Acadia, Clayton, and Jeffrey Paul, came to Arizona. Since that time, Jeff has had the privilege of serving as a professor, academic dean, graduate school administrator, and the dean of students at International Baptist College and Seminary.

Dr. Peter Davis grew up in the Reorganized Latter Day Saint Church in Iowa. At 16 he began to read the Bible and was saved. In college he double-majored in Bible and piano performance then fulfilled the M.Mus. in Church Music (piano) and an M.A. in Bible. During graduate school he won the SCMTA composition competition. He went on to the University of Oklahoma and received a Ph.D. in Piano Pedagogy under Jane Magrath. He has almost 40 years of experience in teaching. An active member of the Music Teachers National Association, he has been a state board member in South Carolina and Arizona, and his students have been laureates in the state, regional, and national levels (piano and composition). He has almost 30 years of experience in church music administration and has dozens of keyboard, choral, and instrumental publications in sacred and secular music. His hymns and psalm settings appear in several hymnals. He has adjudicated piano and composition for M.T.N.A, N.F.M.C., and the National Piano Guild. Outside the classroom, his favorite things to do are teach piano lessons, write music and hymns, and play Ticket to Ride. His wife, Leslie, teaches at a classical Christian school; his daughter Bethany is an author and English teacher; and his daughter Emily works as a physical therapist technician.
Susannah Dornan, M.Ed.

Susannah Dornan graduated from International Baptist College and Seminary (IBCS) with a degree in Bible and Elementary Education in 2009 and spent the next seven years teaching second grade in a Christian school. She was honored as Teacher of the Year by the Arizona Council for Private Education in 2014 and by her administration and co-workers in 2015. While teaching, she completed her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading and language arts from Grand Canyon University. Desiring to “pass the torch” to the next generation of teachers, Susannah began teaching education classes and English at IBCS under the mentorship of her long-time teacher Miss Sandy Fullmer, who had a tremendous impact on her training as a teacher. As the head of the education department at IBCS, Susannah has a heart and passion to train excellent teachers who are prepared and well-equipped to serve in both church and school settings. She and her husband Jimmy live in Chandler, Arizona, and have two children, Henry and Jane.

Kristopher Endean was born into a pastor’s family in the city of Detroit and grew up two miles from the ocean in the woods of southern Maine. After finishing his college and seminary training in steamy South Carolina, he is delighted that God has led him to serve in sunny Chandler, Arizona, as Dean of Students and Department Head of Bible and Christian Service at IBCS. Dr. Endean has a passion for conservative Biblical scholarship and desires to see that training extended throughout our country and around the globe. In fact, he travels occasionally each year to teach block courses in Bible institutes in foreign countries. When Dr. Endean is not teaching or working in his office, he enjoys hiking, photography, music, and spending time with his wife and five young children.

Dr. David Shumate came to know the Lord while in Harvard Law School through the witness of a Christian classmate. He felt the call to full-time ministry and, after finishing his law degree, he attended Bob Jones University, earning his M.Div. and Ph.D. degrees and teaching in their School of Religion and Seminary for five years. After 15 years of assistant pastoral experience, he became the general director of Mexican Gospel Mission in 2005 where he served for 17 years. Since 2012 he has ministered at IBCS in various capacities, including adjunct faculty and Seminary Dean. Currently, he draws on this experience while serving as the Academic Dean for both the undergraduate and graduate programs at IBCS.

Mrs. Rebecca Stertzbach grew up “at camp” in rural southeastern Pennsylvania. A graduate of two Christian colleges, she has a B.S. in English Education from Bob Jones University and an M.C.Ed. from IBCS with an emphasis in ministry and language arts. In her almost 30 years of teaching, she has taught all age groups, from toddlers up through college.
Currently, she serves as the Executive Assistant at International Baptist College and Seminary in Chandler, Arizona, also teaching in the English, speech, and education departments. She has a passion to impart to students the necessity and urgency of clearly communicating the Gospel message.
She has been married for over 25 years to Pastor Dave Stertzbach, Music Pastor at Tri-City Baptist Church, Chandler; they have two married children.
