Experience a home away from home
At IBCS, living on campus feels like a home away from home. The small-college atmosphere affords students better opportunities to forge close-knit relationships as they enjoy regular interaction during meals, walking to class, serving alongside one another, and playing games together.
Our residence students stay in two distinct wings of Singleton Hall, just a few steps from all that IBCS has to offer and in close proximity to Tri-City Baptist Church. Spacious quarters and designated study rooms provide ample space to feel at home, build friendships, rest, and (of course) study! If your room gets too loud, our Media Center offers the perfect getaway to focus and study.
At the center of campus is the casual Re:Vive Center and The '81 where students frequently relax, eat, play games, and form bonds with other students. And since temperatures in the Valley are pleasant for most of the academic year, you will often find more students sitting outside on the shady, comfortable patio.
Adjacent to our campus sits a 28-acre public park that has over a half-mile of walking paths, large multipurpose sports fields, picnic areas, and basketball and volleyball courts. The IBCS campus includes an indoor gymnasium, outfitted weight room, and a large athletic field, perfect for casual games of spikeball or ultimate frisbee. Other nearby amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, a disc golf course with stunning views, and state-of-the-art local golf courses.
IBCS students enjoy convenient access to on-campus dining or a host of off-campus restaurants nearby. Our kitchen staff prioritizes quality, variety, a balanced diet, and great service. Sunday afternoon meals are extra special as guest chefs from the TBC church family prepare their favorite recipes for hungry students.

Located at the heart of the Phoenix suburbs
IBCS is situated in a safe community in the suburbs of the city of Chandler, AZ. Our ministry and immediately adjacent properties include a day school, two daycares, and a community park frequented by families. In case of emergency, help is never far away, with two police stations, two excellent hospitals, three urgent care centers, and four fire stations, all within four miles of our campus. Students are always encouraged to carry health insurance in case they need to visit one of the many exceptional healthcare centers in our area.
There are a variety of on-campus jobs for IBCS students, particularly for those who demonstrate financial need. In addition, numerous off-campus job opportunities with good-paying rates are nearby. Students are encouraged to find employment structured around their class schedule. All students must work with the Dean of Students Office for further directions and information.
