About the Church Music Emphasis

The Church Music Emphasis equips musicians who want to seriously develop their music ability for ministry. Although this emphasis does not include the recital and theory requirements of a full music major, students have lessons and performance opportunities while developing a Biblical view of music ministry and aesthetics in our culture.

Proficiencies include voice, piano, the standard orchestral instruments, and composition.
