Congratulations to Dr. Brittany Moffitt who successfully completed the requirements for an Ed.D. this past Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Dr. Moffitt serves as the IBCS Registrar; her dissertation topic, “Recommendations to Solve the Problem of Low Certificate Completion at International Baptist College and Seminary,” will allow IBCS to further its ministry in the West and around the world.
