IBCS is approved to train veteran and military students entitled to benefits under Public Law 89-358. In this case, the Registrar and the Financial Aid Administrator are the Veteran’s Affairs certifying officials at IBCS. Therefore, both offices will provide assistance to any student seeking information about VA or military education benefits.
